Custom Order Agreement

By submitting your custom order, you are agreeing to these terms:

Deposit & Payment

I agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% once a final price is confirmed to initiate production. I understand the remaining 50% must be paid before shipment of my rug. If the remaining balance is not paid within 30 days of completion, I understand that Ruggids reserves the right to cancel the order without refund of the deposit.

Final Design Approvals

I agree that once I approve the final design of my rug, no further design changes can be made without additional costs and/or timeline adjustments. I understand that minor variations in colour and texture may occur due to material availability and screen displays. I confirm I have provided accurate measurements and that the rug will be produced to these specifications.

Production Timeline

I acknowledge the estimated production may take on average 2-3 weeks after the deposit has been paid, up to a maximum of 6 weeks. I understand delays may occur due to material sourcing or shipping conditions.

Refunds & Cancellations

I understand that due to the custom nature of this product, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued after production begins. I may cancel before production begins but understand my deposit is non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery

I will provide accurate shipping information and understand I am responsible for any additional delivery costs, including customs or taxes, if applicable. I acknowledge that once the item is shipped, Ruggids is not responsible for delays or damage caused during transit. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details provided by me, I agree to cover the cost of re-shipping.
