Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping to addresses based in the United Kingdom. Currently, we only ship to addresses based in the United Kingdom. International shipping is coming soon.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time depends on the type of rug you are ordering. You can check the type of rug you are ordering by reading the description of the product you wish to purchase.

Premade one-of-one rugs are processed and dispatched the next working day.
Made to order rugs are created after you place your order, and will be dispatched within 2-4 weeks.
Custom orders are shipped once the item has been completed, approved, and the total price of the product has been paid.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery Addresses & PO. Boxes

We are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. If your address is incorrect or your package was returned to us by the shipping company for any reason, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO. boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order on the carrier's website. International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs delays. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Customs, Duties, Taxes

Ruggids is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, you won't be eligible for a refund.

Damages & Refunds

Ruggids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you are unhappy with your item, please read our refund policy for further information.
